General conception says, advertising
manipulates the mind while others have a
different opinion i.e, advertisement seeks to
educated, inform ad persuade. What
interpretation is closure to your understanding
and why?

Advertisements are supposed to inform and educate


people as per their basic purpose, but not many of
the ads made in the media industry stick to this.
Companies usually do much more than just
introducing their product and informing the
consumer market about it. So, as per my thought
advertisement as much concerned about their sales
promotion thus involving themselves in public mind
manipulation at times. Advertisements aren't
inherently bad, but many use manipulative tactics
that influence in ways we don't even realize. Despite
how much you think you ignore them, and how little
you may believe they affect you, that's not
necessarily the case.
We see ads every day, whether it's on a web page,
before a movie, or in the middle of a TV show, and
it's easy to say "they're just ads" because, at worst,
they feel like a nuisance or interruption. A lot of
people have difficulty accepting the idea that ads
are manipulative because we want to believe we're
in complete control of our choices. While the
concept of advertising isn't inherently problematic,
we've moved on from the "Eat at Joe's" sign to far
more complex and sometimes even moving,
cinematic messages that are designed to create
significant memories of a product. These memories
are created because an ad succeeds at making us
feel something—whether it's good or bad—and that
emotional response can have a profound effect on
how we think and the choices we make. For
example, we see ad of newly launched flavor of
Kellogg’s corn flakes in the supermarket and we buy
it regardless of the fact that you merely consume
American breakfast cereal at your home. This is
called manipulation by the brands for their sale
increase. Fair & lovely claims to lighten your skin
tone by several shades in few days. No matter if it
results the same of not, there was a time when this
fairness cream was the first choice of most women
of the country. It was because of the brand
manipulation. Though this is not wrong all the time,
while helping in sending out any positive message to
the public ads can help in good and healthy
manipulation. For example, the adv of surf excel
changes the concept of mudded clothes into a
positive message saying that “Daag acche hain” ,
thus kind of relieving the mothers that children must
be doing something while they got their clothes
dirty. Hence we can provenly say that advertisement
manipulates mind but not in a negative manner all
the time.

advertisement has been designed incredibly well
and attractive enough to pull in more tourists each
year.

Department reveals the exotic beauty of the Thar
Desert, one of the prime attractions of this state and

adventure. For instance, one of the videos has
shown how the friendly attitude of the people of this
state comes to help when tourists are stranded in
the desert. The elegance and beauty of the Thar

have reached out to audiences across the globe and
compelled them to soak in the spirit of Rajasthan.
Whether it is the grandeur of the forts and
fortresses that surround this city or the local flavors
and the delectable cuisines of the people belonging

correct potion of beauty and realism.

aspects of Rajasthan thereby allowing the onlookers

locations wear local attire which displays a dash of

of the tourists explain their keenness to traverse this
state. Besides this, there are videos in which you will
come across the authentic cuisines of Rajasthan and
the well-garnished and mouth-watering dishes are
more than just irresistible.

The mystic state

grand beauty of the royal palaces, the others
include a general view of the cities and the heritage
structures that are situated in different parts within
the state. The lustrous jewelry showrooms with
beautifully decorated interiors are more than
compelling thanks to the efficiency of the
government for making these videos that have
successfully appealed to the hearts of the people
who are mad about travelling and buying souvenirs
that have a lot of historical importance.
Beauty unexplored
Rajasthan is not only known for its beautiful forts,
but each one has interesting stories surrounding
them along with the legacies of the royal dynasties.
As a matter of fact, the state will remain largely
unexplored if you do not have enough time in hand
for moving through each crevice and corner that are
filled with interesting and surprising elements.
Watching the video advertisements that focus on
the state of Rajasthan has so many things to offer to
the tourists. In fact, the videos have been prepared
with simplicity as the essence but reaches out to the
minds and hearts of millions of people across the
world.

The series of Rajasthan tourism ads are awesome


and taken a innovative approach to promote the
tourism. I personally belong from Jhalawar
Rajasthan.i found the advertisements awesome and
mind blowing not because I am from that place,they
showed new things and breaks the stereotypes of
other people thinking about rajasthan is only about
desert.the tag line of these ads is (jaane kya dikh
jaye)which is catchy,new,awesome and showing
that you can see new things you don’t know what is
next,so I think tag line is awesome it arouses
curiosity in a traveler about the place.the Rajasthani
song(mati mange paijani) which is played in the
advertisements is incredible,fantastic.its promoting
Rajasthani folk music,culture of rajasthan,tradition
and I say listen to this song you can understand.

BIKE AD

The bike ad shows the innovative things like 5 seater


bike which is awesome,helping nature of the people
of rajasthan that they helped the foreigners who are
stuck in desert.they promoted beauty of rajasthan
sand, desert,single tree which is great to see and
they also promoted safety in ad when the bikers
give helmets to foreigners and they had also
wearing it.this ad shows foreigners which attracts
them and also the Indians that foreigners are going
that place we should also go travel.

This ad shows the foreigners trekking on a bicycle


and a boy guiding them who dressed like lord
Krishna show them a new place which a waterfall in
a round shaped and it looks so awesome good. they
are amazed and shocked to see.this ad is promoting
cycling for health purpose,Rajasthani music and
most important breaking the stereotypes like place
which is unexpected,new places people arenot
known and listen about.

Ballon ad which shows air balloon ride in jodhpur to


create awesome memories,beauty of rajasthan and
enjoyable ride with family.these ads show rajasthan
caters all types of people for youth(haunted
places,advertures,trekkings)
,family(forts,waterfalls,airballoon ride,famous
cuisines,folk music,culture,etc)for kids also.the
haunted village ad shows it attracts youth who
wants to experience new,adventurous,haunted
things.this ad shows you make new friends in
travelling through journey.and tagline fits best
jaane kya dikh jaye.the one ad shows sand art
showing camels,birds,dhol,folk music,forts,through
sand moving art which is inredible and ghoomar
song which is awesome and promoted rajasthan
tourism. I find rajasthan tourism ads are best
compared to all other states tourism ads.they have
promoted new places unlike showing old
places,made new logo of camel and birds(represents
bharatpur national park)which is very famous and
used new Rajasthani song for promotion unlike
padharo mhare desh which is inviting people from
long time. Main thing they showed is Rajasthani
people helping behavior who is in trouble when one
person having shave in a salon and he in between
explaining route to a traveler.i didn’t find anything
which I don’t like and which is offensive.
