• The Company has been operating in Croatia for more than 20 years during
which time it has completed a number of high-quality, exclusive and profitable
real estate projects.

• As a real estate developer, the Company has extensive experience in each step of
the real estate development value chain. Furthermore, it provides comprehensive
project management as well as administration, project planning and property
sales.

• The Company’s operations revolve around a diversified portfolio of projects,


both in terms of asset type and geographical positioning. The portfolio
ranges from residential and commercial developments to tourism and leisure
investments which are capable of providing both substantial and immediate
returns such as from property sales or sustainable and recurring (property ZAGREB
rental) returns.
