In today’s changing and competitive work environment, stress
level is increasing both in the worker as well as in the managers.
As a result of this work stress, more and more managers are
showing signs of chronic, fatigue and burnout. Various
researches have define that stressed out managers are not good
for their companies and shareholders. In most case stress leads
to reduce efficiency in even the best of individual, which in turn
leads to reduce productivity. Stress refers to pressures or
tensions people feel in life. As living human being makes
constant demands, so it produces pressures, i.e., stress. Stress is
therefore, a natural and unavoidable feature of human life. Stress
is a part of day to day living. The stress we experience is not
necessary harmful. It can create positive or negative feeling. As a
positive influence, stress can compel us to action. It can result in
a new awareness, batter performance and an exciting new
perspective. It improves our capacity to confront distress better.
Research methodology involves explicitly reveals the tools and
techniques used during the whole process of the course and the
implementation during data collection, analysis and interpretation
phase. The techniques applied are highly capable of determining the
direction of the project and could lead to erroneous results if not
properly applied. The tools and techniques are explained. The
questionnaires were prepared for the employees to know their opinion
about the stress management of the company field were collected and
analyzed. This section includes the research methods, their rationale,
validity, reliability, sample size, alternatives and limitations faced during
primary research.

I have chosen different tools to collect primary data including
questionnaire, interviews etc. The primary data collection for
his purpose is supposed to be done by judgment sampling
and conversation sampling. Questionnaire has been
