In today’s changing and competitive work environment, stress
level is increasing both in the worker as well as in the managers.
As a result of this work stress, more and more managers are
showing signs of chronic, fatigue and burnout. Various
researches have define that stressed out managers are not good
for their companies and shareholders. In most case stress leads
to reduce efficiency in even the best of individual, which in turn
leads to reduce productivity. Stress refers to pressures or
tensions people feel in life. As living human being makes
constant demands, so it produces pressures, i.e., stress. Stress is
therefore, a natural and unavoidable feature of human life. Stress
is a part of day to day living. The stress we experience is not
necessary harmful. It can create positive or negative feeling. As a
positive influence, stress can compel us to action. It can result in
a new awareness, batter performance and an exciting new
perspective. It improves our capacity to confront distress better.
Research methodology involves explicitly reveals the tools and
techniques used during the whole process of the course and the
implementation during data collection, analysis and interpretation
phase. The techniques applied are highly capable of determining the
direction of the project and could lead to erroneous results if not
properly applied. The tools and techniques are explained. The
questionnaires were prepared for the employees to know their opinion
about the stress management of the company field were collected and
analyzed. This section includes the research methods, their rationale,
validity, reliability, sample size, alternatives and limitations faced during
primary research.
 To know about the various needs of staff and what they want from their
job.
 To discuss what steps do managers to take the motivate their staff and
fulfill their needs.
 To gauge the impact of staff motivation on employee productivity
 Primary data:-
 I have chosen different tools to collect primary data including
questionnaire, interviews etc. The primary data collection for
his purpose is supposed to be done by judgment sampling
and conversation sampling. Questionnaire has been
formatted with both open and close structure question. The
several methods for collecting primary data but some
important methods are:

 Through Questionnaire
 Secondary data:-
 When an investigator uses the data that has been already
collected by others is called secondary Data. The secondary
data could be collected from various records, magazines,
library and websites. Secondary data will be collected from:

RECOMMENDATIONS:

 There should be proper working environment in the organization


 The company should provide more monetary benefits like
performance bonus, salary and incentives.
 The company should conduct various recreational activates
overcome from the stress
 Encourage the cross- functional and interdepartmental work
arrangements to reduce work related stress among low
performance and low achievers.
 To reduce the workload role slimming and role adjustment
process should be resorted to.
 Organization should organize regular check up and those found
suffering from very high stress should be subjected to stress
management process.
 Cut back excessive hour, which directly affect the employee’s
physical fitness.
The productivity of the work force is the most decisive factor as far as
the success of an organization is concerned. The productivity in turn is
dependent on the psychosocial well being of the employees. In an age of
highly dynamic and competitive world, man is exposed to all kinds of
stressors that can affect him on all realms of life. The growing
importance of interventional strategies is felt more at organizational
level. This particular study was to analyze the impact of occupational
stress on private Bank employees. We basically conclude:

1) Most of stress of employees is related with the work environment.


2) Lack of free talk between employees, inadequate control over work
and lack of appreciation are some of major factors contributing stress.
3) Work load and Ambiguous demands are major factors contributing
stress in context of Job Content, Poor Conditions and work posture in
context of working conditions, Low Social support and Low participation
are major factors contributing stress in context of Social relations at
work.
4) Most employees are unable to concentrate how they feel while
working in the company.
