AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, NENA A. CRUZ, 50 years of age, married, resident of Barangay

Pinsao Proper, Baguio City, after having sworn in accordance with
law, do hereby depose and state THAT:
1. I was present and personally saw that accused, Juan S. Miguel
and Jun S. Miguel, committed the crime of slight physical injuries
against the victim Mario A. Torres;
2. I am the owner of the sari-sari store near the venue of altercation
between the accused and the victim.
3. I witnessed the accused shout obscenities and throw beer bottles
at the victim.
4. I shouted at the accused to stop causing them to run away.
I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts
and to support the filing of Criminal Cases against Juan S. Miguel and
Jun S. Miguel for violations of the Revised Penal Code.
