If yes, and the allegation involves more than one student ('common allegation') the AIO shall meet with the students, may recommend a finding of guilt, but cannot recommend a penalty for the repeat offender.
Penalty, in this case, can only be determined by the Senate Discipline Committee. Note: students may still reject the finding of the AIO and have the entire matter heard by SDC.
