A note for readers

I publish the whole list for informational use only. Remember that it is your responsibility to
check out legal consequences of downloading any material from these websites. However, I
strongly support free dissemination of knowledge, especially results of research carried out by
publicly funded organisations. I believe that the most recent books should be easily accessible
to everybody, for affordable prices or for free.

I haven’t checked all other links since 2014. However, my experience is that if you cannot find
