Score
Simply add up the numbers under your answers to the ten questions. Be careful to notice that some of
the rows of numbers go up and others go down. The higher your total, the more Anger dominates your
life.
Scores Summary:
a) 13 or below: Lowest 10% of anger
b) 14- 15: Lowest quarter percentage of anger
c) 16- 20: Average rate of anger.
d) 21- 24: Reaching 75% of anger.
e) 29- 30: Reaching 90% of anger (male).
f) 25- 27: Reaching 90% of anger (female).
g) 30: Reaching 95% of anger (male).
h) 28: Reaching 95% of anger (female).
Note:
People mellow as they age. If you are under 23 years old, a score of 26 or more puts you in the
angriest 10%. But if you are over 23 years old, a score of 24 or more puts you in the 10%. If you scored
in the top half of the anger assessment, angry is an emotion you know well.
Assessments of summary
The aim of this assessment is to help you decide if you should try to change your general anger level.
There are no hard- and- fast rules. Do take the consideration of what you Feel (Emotion), Act
(Response), See (Perception) and Think (Cognitive).
