responsive design leveraging WCAG 2.0 Level AA and SEO requirements.

by re-architecting its dependencies for failover.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and play an active role in the development, design and maintenance
of www.flyporter.com and all other customer facing sites & applications like
www.porterescapes.com and Airport Check-In Kiosks.
• First point of contact for all web requests and escalations
• Manage and mentor 8 full-stack .Net web developers.
• Manage all business & technical requirements, product roadmaps and
implementation for all web applications.
• Act as a "Subject Matter Expert" and work with different groups within
the organization such as Marketing, Loyalty and Revenue management to
enhance the user experience while maximizing revenue opportunities of the
corporate website.
• Liaise with external UI/UX agencies & the Marketing groups to communicate
technical capabilities (with a clear understanding of feature vs. performance
trade-offs) to improve the usability of the corporate website
• Integrate and implement analytic tools (both in-house and 3rd partly tools
like Google Analytics) to measure site performance and support business
decisions.
• Establish development standards and procedures and implement an agile /
iterative workflow with bi-weekly production releases.
• Diagnose and solve website performance and reliability issues.
• Work with Senior Web Developers to maintain a common code library used
across multiple applications.
• Work closely with the Project management team on resource allocation and
project prioritization

Responsibilities:
• Lead development and managed weekly updates of the corporate website
(www.flyporter.com), social micro-sites and content management systems.
• Served as the main point of contact between the web development team and
business managers, communicating and interacting with them on a daily basis
• Lead the implementation (together with the Software Lead) of a ‘common
code library’, used across multiple projects.
• Liaised with Porter’s airline reservation system provider (Navitaire) on
developing and troubleshooting
• Developed and evaluated prototypes and ideas quickly
• Managed the needs of the web development team and prioritize the team's
projects and day-to-day activities.

(www.flyporter.com) and all social media initiatives (including working with the
