TIMELINES
1. HOTSPOT will be open to start review in Mid November

2. HOTSPOT will be open for 6 weeks for H1 review to complete

• 2 weeks for employee  2 weeks for matrix manager  2 weeks for reporting manager

Nov 16 – 30 ( ~ 2 weeks) Dec 1 - Dec 14 ( ~ 2 weeks) Dec 15 – Dec 31 ( ~ 2 weeks)

• The review form will automatically move to the next step based on the above timelines

3. Employees joined prior to July 1 would be eligible for H1 review

4. In case employee has not completed goal setting for the year; H1 forms will not be launched for the employee
• If goal setting is completed prior to December 15 – H1 forms will be launched but the form will sync with the timelines specified in point 2

*Workflow for H1 Review will include Employee, Matrix Manager and Reporting Manager – for Global Delivery

MATRIX MANAGERS CAN PROVIDE FEEDBACK (GLOBAL DELIVERY)
We have introduced Matrix Managers as part of the feedback process for H1 Review

1. Who is a Matrix Manager?


• They are the Project or functional manager for an employee on the project

2. Matrix Manager identification in system?


• Project assignment information from SAP and WBS ( timesheet) approver for all projects

3. Exclusions
• Employees at work levels L4 and L5
• Matrix Manager not available
• ER&D TML

Employee logins to Performance and opens the H1 Review Form by navigating to Performance Tab. The ToDo Tile also has the form. Employee completes
self-assessment and submits to Matrix Manager for review. If Matrix Manager is not mapped in the workflow, the form will directly go to the Reporting Manager.

Matrix Managers can view employee review however they cannot view other
Matrix manager’s feedback or Reporting Manager’s feedback.

Reporting managers now can opens form to provide feedback. Reporting


manager can view matrix manager’s feedback as well at this time.

Once completed and submitted, H1 Review is completed and the form is


routed back under Completed section of Performance tab for the employee
as well as the reporting manager.

At this time, the employee can view feedback from matrix manager and
reporting manager.
