Rep. Paul P.

Hernandez is the fourth delegate of KABAYAN Party-List to the House of

Representatives. He succeeded former KABAYAN Party-List Reps. Harry L. Roque
(June 30, 2016-November 6, 2017) and the late Atty. Ciriaco Calalang (January 20,
2018-September 23, 2018). He formally joined fellow KABAYAN Party-List Rep. Ron P.
Salo in the chamber on October 3, 2018.

Before accepting KABAYAN’s nomination, Rep. Hernandez was the national/executive

director of Christian missionary organization, Free Mission Philippines, Inc. since 2000.
He was concurrently a senior pastor of the Evangelical Free Church.
