● Reviewed the performance of sales representatives obtaining their compensation goals to increase
motivation and revenue. Additionally helped contribute to the Seagate University new hire
development program, and to the channel management team track prices of Seagate products.
o Compensation & Incentive Analysis (SPIF project)
▪ Analyzed over $200,000 of sales goals. Concluded the factors of goal type (hit/miss vs two
tier), time period in which goals were set, and product being sold affected performance.
These results changed the goal setting process, and the analysis will update with query code.

● Attended Senate meetings to shape a study body focused on equality and inclusion. Helped improve
