I. Service Specification

This business is one of my new service-oriented business which have the opportunity for
people in helping and enhancing their gaming experience and comfortability. There are a list of
food and drinks they want to order in the PC menu. So it is better to have a PC rental and food
service inside because sometimes they have to stay long and become hungry and thirsty. I chose
my business as a Service because it is composed of PC rental these are:
 online games like League of Legends, Dota 2, Cabal, Ragnarok,
 Ran online, Heroes of Newerth, Dragonest, ROS, PUBG, RF online, Continent of Ninth,
Counter Strike, Mercenary online, Point Blank, Crossfire, Special Force, Left 4 Dead, and
Rohan.
 There are also Local Area Network games that don't use internet like GTA, Zombie, and
Counter strike.
 There will be a hand-on service which is Microsoft Office including Excel, MS Word,
PPT, and also adobe including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and HTML.
 Printing service such as photocopy, designing their project through PPT, and all the handon
service as listed above.
 Food service where they can message the staff and deliver their order in their PC number.
They also can eat in their PC tables because each computer have extra table under the
keyboard.
 The internet needs are like those Google, social media, Gmail, Mozilla Firefox, and online
needs.
 II. Service Process

The title of my Internet Cafe is "MFinity Cafe". The name is combined with Deaf and
Infinity that symbolize of my identity. There are PC rentals to do what they want like Local Area
Network games, hand-on service, printing service, food service, and internet needs. My Internet
Cafe will open from 8:00AM to 11:00PM. There are 20 slots of computers and will be a first come,
first serve basis. I will also offer a membership card for a faster and cheaper transaction. There are
more space for better gaming, so that they cannot bother each other while playing games. There
are also comfortable accessories and tools for better gaming experience. There will be a CCTV to
protect my costumers and my business in any harmful effects. There will be two staff who have a
potentials in designing and accounting to manage my business. The design staff will handle those
people who need assistant in making design and the other to manage the amount we collected and
create Financial Statement. This business will be of good opportunity for people who do not have
laptop or computer at home and some do not know how to make a design. Also the gamers will
experience good gaming because of good internet connections and accessories. This is not only
for profit but also for their good experience.

Search a good location that meets the target market. Observe if

there is the potential customers and also observe their behavior.
Once its done with good customer negotiate with the land owner

buildings. Once they agree then search for a designer.
Create the design of computer shop like painting, decorating, and
space to put the computer in each tables with the help of the

Also plan the Logo.
Implement the actual design of the designer. Also finish the actual
D design in the computer shop and also make the tarpaulin of the

Search / canvass and purchasing of the computer if there is new
E model. Once found the good computer then assign a day to
deliver it in my business.
After the delivery of the packages of the computer put all the
F computer in each table and set up all the connection to the
program.
Test it if the connection of the program connected in all the

computer monitoring by the cashier.
Ask the internet provider and canvass if which is better. Pick the

best provider in which have the strong connection and cheaper.
Test the internet connection by opening all the online games in

the computer if the connection is good or not.
Open the business for the customer and start gaining the profit

and feedback from the customers.
IV. Estimated Production Capacity

From 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM my computer café will be 15 hours open. I also have 20
Computer Desktop to offer for rental. When the customer is fully used my computer café for the
whole day it would be 260 people for a day. I will show you how to count my customers in estimate
ways.
