PLAINTIFF, through the undersigned counsel most respectfully

states that:

1. Summons to herein defendants was returned unserved

for the reason that is no longer residing at the given address.

2. In view thereof, the undersigned respectfully moves that

the instant case be referred in the meantime to the archives, without
prejudice to its reinstatement upon successful search of a viable
address where defendant can be served of summons.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises above considered, it is respectfully

prayed unto this Honorable Court that the instant Motion be
GRANTED.

Other relief just and equitable under the premises is likewise

prayed for.
