Purpose Statement

This portfolio shows all the accomplishment, experiences

and learning’s of the students during his work immersion.
Attached here all of his documents and accomplished forms
during the work immersion. Also attached here the different task
that given to him and all the activities that he performed
throughout the immersion. This portfolio also displays how he
develop his personality and attitude towards work and how he
handle his difficulties in every task that given to him.
The purpose of this portfolio is for compliance to fully
complete the requirements for immersion. Then this will be the
proof that he has completed the immersion.
