3. JUSTIFICATION FOR WAREHOUSE NETWORK CHOICE:

(a) High Consumer Base: All the warehouses are located near prominent towns
which have a high consumer base/ high population density.

(b) Availability of Airports: The availability of nearby airport allows transport of

clothing line to consumers on an emergency basis also.
(c) Workforce availability: Considering the town location and towns in proximity
to the location of warehouse, lots of skilled labour will be available for hire.
(d) Road freight: The proximity of road ways makes the road freight the cheapest
mode of transport.

(e) Redundancy of Transport means: Both air freight and road freights are
available for transportation.

(f) Rents and Taxes: The rents and taxes in all three locations are pretty low.
