2. Amendmert of Arlicle 175 of lh€ Constitutior,-ln the
Constitution. in Article 175- in clausc (3), forthe full-stop at the end, a colon shallbe
substitutcd and thereafterlhe follo\ving proviso shallbe inserte4 namely:

Amcndment of Firsl Schedule of lhe Constitutioq.-ln lhe
Connilulion. in thcFirst Schcdule, in sub-part III ofPafiI, after Ent y5, the following
new Enfies shall be added, namely:

"6. The Pakistan ArmyAct I952 (Xxxlx ol' 1952)
