Dear Linh,

Until now, I have no clue who you are and what roles you play. The technical room was
given by word of mouth, has never received any notification or email from the HR
department. Organizational chart or something else I have not been invited to the meeting
room by the HR department, hence I am unfamiliar with. However, I heard the word of
mouth, I still admired and worked with you without knowing your qualifications and
capabilities.

When I attended to the conference (the plan of the previous year arranged, you were not
present at that time), I organized myself the BP Staffing Indicator and that BP hold the
responsibility of transition to those who desire to know the information. Announcing that
information to unrelated people was not permitted.

I have never heard Mr. Nam- the current General Director said that I would work directly
with you as well as only directly with you. I am in an attempt to work as good as possible
for this hospital to go into stability with new human resources in the next year. In contrast,
you said that either I could do it or would leave it and handover the work I did. It is you
making it difficult for my dedication. I work at this hospital not because of you, but because
of Mr. Nam who is a father of MSG.

Now you said that you were messy with ST and talked to empty benches since you did
not answer ST’s questions, you spoke thoughtlessly without putting your mind in other
people’s feelings. ST, therefore, asked me where to go, what conference, gave the
sponsor’s number, my feedback is that Mr. Nam sent and answered. When ST asked
these again, I definitely did not respond.

ST took the number of suppliers, compare the price to that of other suppliers, hence the
distributors of the companies think that Mr. Nam is no longer the owner of this system,
while Mr. Nam is still the main shareholder in the MSG Board of Directors, do you and ST
respect Mr. Nam? If you wish others to respect you, you must be eligible to respect others.

The status of two old Lasik machines reported in further was responded for you, whilst
you were working in the same room with ST without discussing why you asked me. If ST
ask me again, I will be make sure that I answered to you. I do not have much lots of time
to repeat trivial things like this. My dedication depends on the environment who works.
Nobody wants to collaborate with someone who only knows how to extract others.

The status of your and ST’s infrastructure is self-intervention and changes in function,
you bring the land of MSG for rent in lack of observation, in result of the arrangement of
contingency plans, you must know the best.
