1. Payment will be reliase "With in 30 Days" on receipt of accepted materials
2. Delivery "Immediately"
3. Warranty "Not Applicable"
4. Acceptation of goods is subject to correct part number and suitability. Material may reject due to damage / rust / non suitability.
5. Please Send all the Documents ie. Gate Pass, Challan, Invoice / Bill with GST no along with supply to avoid delay in payment.
6. The price mentioned is firm. No escalation in price due to any reasons whatever would be allowed.
7. GST is applicable as per Government rules.
8. Transportation charges would be paid extra at actual / we will collect the material / free of cost.
9. Insurance of the material up to delivery site / to our Panvel Workshop shall be arranged by Nityanand Infrastructure Limited.
10. Packing and forwarding charges are inclusive in the price.
11.Liquidated Damages: In case of late delivery of the part, the penalty shall be levied @ 0.5% of the total undelivered supplies price per every week.
12. Risk Purchase:
a) Notwithstanding anything contained in this contract, if at any stage purchaser feels that delay is taking place or likely to take place in the execution of contract
the purchaser shall have the rights to procure required equipment or part thereof from an alternate sources at sellers cost and expenses including incidental
expenses. In Such case Purchaser shall issue (s) notice informing exercising this option for the specified item and seller shall stop processing and delivery of the
specified item. This shall be over & above the purchaser’s right to claim liquidated damages towards late delivery
