the particular application herein described is, however, based on specifications and data supplied by the OEM and Dana Incorporated shall not be held responsible for the application or operation of the recommended
units in the event all necessary, pertinent and relevant information or data concerning the vehicle or installation, including anticipated method of use, is not supplied in writing to Dana Incorporated by the OEM, whether
or not such information or data is requested by Dana Incorporated or not specifically provided in this Specification. Additionally, components approvals are based on customer provided duty cycles. If not provided,
Dana Incorporated's analysis and approval will be conducted with a standard duty cycle that may or may not be representative of the application.
