This agreement is made on ------------------------------------------ between
M/s--------------------------------------------------------[ main contractor, herein after
called Contractor] of the one part and M/s
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------[sub -
contractor ] herein after called The Sub Contractor of the other part.
In consideration of the payment to be made by the contractor to the sub
contractor, the sub contractor hereby covenants with the contractor to
execute, complete and maintain the subcontract works in conformity in all
respects with the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Also, the sub contractor have to ensure the employees are under own
sponsorship.
In witness, thereof the contractor and the sub contractor have read and
understood this agreement very clearly without any doubts and signed here
as a token of mutual acceptance.

‫وﺑﺎﻟﻨﻈﺮ إﻟﻰ اﻟﻤﺒﻠﻎ اﻟﺬي ﯾﺘﻌﯿﻦ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻘﺎول ﺳﺪاده ﻟﻠﻤﻘﺎول اﻟﻔﺮﻋﻲ‪ ،‬ﯾﺘﻌﮭﺪ اﻟﻤﻘﺎول اﻟﻔﺮﻋﻲ ﺑﻤﻮﺟﺐ اﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﻣﻊ اﻟﻤﻘﺎول ﺑﺘﻨﻔﯿﺬ أﻋﻤﺎل اﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺒﺎطﻦ واﺳﺘﻜﻤﺎﻟﮭﺎ‬
‫واﻟﻤﺤﺎﻓﻈﺔ ﻋﻠﯿﮭﺎ وﻓﻘﺎ ﻟﺠﻤﯿﻊ أﺣﻜﺎم وﺷﺮوط ھﺬا اﻻﺗﻔﺎق‪.‬‬

‫اﯾﻀﺎ‪ ,‬ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻘﺎول اﻟﻔﺮﻋﻲ ﺿﻤﺎن ان ﺟﻤﯿﻊ اﻟﻌﻤﺎل ﺗﺤﺖ ﻣﺴﺆوﻟﯿﺘﮫ اﻟﻜﺎﻣﻠﮫ‪.‬‬

‫وﻗﺪ ﺷﮭﺪ اﻟﻤﻘﺎول واﻟﻤﻘﺎول اﻟﻔﺮﻋﻲ وﻓﮭﻢ ھﺬا اﻻﺗﻔﺎق ﺑﻮﺿﻮح ﺷﺪﯾﺪ ﻣﻦ دون أي ﺷﻜﻮك ووﻗﻊ ﻋﻠﯿﮫ ھﻨﺎ ﻛﺮﻣﺰ ﻟﻠﻘﺒﻮل اﻟﻤﺘﺒﺎدل‪.‬‬
