Dear SIR / Madam,

I am writing this letter to make a reservation for next week, on November 1,

2018 and also ask for information about this hotel.
I would like to make a reservation, the availability and price for three room with
single bed, safe box, mini bar, air conditioner and free internet access, for three
nights with a view of the garden if possible,
I will be arriving on the morning November 1, 2018 with my friends. Thereupon I
will be leaving on the afternoon November 3, 2018.

I would also like to schedule some activities before this trip, it would be greatly
appreciated if you could provide me with some information on the surrounding
area in regards to restaurants, shopping centers, promotion the spa,
entertainments and other interesting places.

I should be grateful if you would confirm my booking as soon as possible.

Please, should you have no vacancies please could you give me the address of
a suitable hotel in your area?
