This supplement must be attached to the FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual when ferry flight
operations are required with the flaps fixed in the up position. The information contained in this
document supplements or supersedes the basic manual only in those areas listed. For limitations,
procedures, and performance information not contained in this supplement, consult the basic Airplane
Flight Manual.
Revisions to the Airplane Flight Manual provide current information applicable to operation of the
SA227-AC aircraft. Revised pages should be inserted in the manual to replace existing pages or to
add additional pages, as applicable. The manual is valid only when all current revisions are incorporated.
A black bar in the margin of a revised page shows the current change.

SECTION 1 . . . . . . .LIMITATIONS
Only crew members essential for the flight to a maintenance facility are permitted – passengers are
prohibited.
TAKEOFF CONFIGURATION
Prior to takeoff, determine that the wing flaps are in the UP position and the flap control circuit breaker
is pulled.
TIRE LIMITATIONS
Dry power takeoffs are PROHIBITED above 4,000 feet and ALL takeoff and landings are PROHIBITED
above 6,000 feet with B.F. Goodrich P/N 021-335 (139 Knot) main wheel tires or B.F. Goodrich P/N
021-611 (139 Knot) nose wheel tires installed.
MAXIMUM WEIGHTS
OPERATING WEIGHTS
1. The maximum takeoff weight may not exceed the weight at which the two engine takeoff
distance (Figure 2 or 4) equals the available runway length.
