AFFIDAVIT OF CONFORMITY

I, POCHOLO JOSELITO D. PARAGAS, of legal age, Filipino, and presently

residing at ____________________________________________________________________, after being duly
sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say, that:

1. I am the incumbent Chief Operating Officer of the Tourism Infrastructure and

Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA);

2. By virtue of Republic Act no. 9593 or the Tourism Act of 2009, TIEZA was
created replacing the Philippine Tourism Authority (PTA), thereby assuming
the latter’s powers and functions;

3. On 21st of January 1982, a Deed of Donation involving a parcel of land

situated in Lot 219, Centro I, Claveria, Cagayan (Property) was entered into
between Mr. Manuel Nebab, the Donor, and the PTA as represented by then
General Manager Bernardo M. Vergara, the Donee, as evidenced by The Deed
of Donation hereto attached as “Annex A”;

4. That the Property subject of the Deed of Donation is rightfully owned by Mr.
Manuel Nebab as evinced by Original Certificate of Title No. 1255 (5) hereto
attached as “Annex B”;

5. Upon actual survey of the Property, the definite area size is Five Thousand
One Hundred Sixty Six (5,166) Square Meters as evidenced by the
Subdivision Plan hereto attached as “Annex C”;

6. The boundaries stated in the Technical Description with Survey Plan No.
Psd-2-02-021697 and in the actual survey are one and the same.

This Affidavit is being executed to attest to the foregoing facts and in compliance
with the requirements prescribed by the Registry of Deeds of Sanchez Mira, Cagayan.
