I am an enthusiastic, hard-working and trustworthy person. I enjoy working with young people and have
good communication skills and am a fluent Irish speaker. I have a passion for teaching and am interested

School placement for a period of 10 weeks. I taught at Senior Cycle level 5 th year Construction
Studies and Design and Communication Graphics. I taught at Junior Cycle level 1 st and 2nd year
Materials Technology (Wood). I designed and implemented a Junior Cycle Short Course based
around Wood Turning with my 2nd year MTW group.
The school employed me to substitute classes regularly and to supervise the mock examinations.

Technology (Wood) groups and two 1st year Technical Graphics groups. I taught a Transition Year
group Design and Communication Graphics.
The school employed me to substitute classes regularly and to supervise lunch time yard- duty
for the academic year.
I acted as reader and scribe during the State Examinations for the last two years.
