SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, ERIBERTO P. FLORES, CRISTITA F. LABASTIDA, both Filipino, of legal age, married,
and a resident of Brgy. Iba, Malitbog, Southern Leyte, Philippines, do hereby appoint, name and
constitute JOCELYN B. GALOLO also of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of Brgy. Sta
Cruz, Malitbog, Southern Leyte, Philippines, to be our true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact for us and in
our name, place and stead.

1. To process, receive and/or claim the death certificate of the late Sotero Flores;
2. To sign for and in our behalf;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority to
do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority to
pick-up, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with
full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that any of our said
attorney-in-fact or her substitutes shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
