REGISTRATION NOTICE
Subject: Registration forms for even semester January 2013

It is notified for information to students that all regular classes for Even Semester will
start from 07/01/2013. The students are advised to register their name in even
semester from 01st to 4th January 2013.

Students are advised to fill the Registration form and take the printout after filling
the details and submit to Admission section latest by 04th January 2013 along with
the receipt of semester fee including the examination fee through I Collect (SBI) and
copies of the marksheet. The fee detail is as follows:

Students, who have already submitted the Annual fees, are required to submit the
Examination fee only, through I Collect (SBI).

Important Instructions:
Admission will be cancelled without any prior notice/intimation if,
i) The student is having less than 75% of attendance.
ii) The student is absent continuously for five days without the intimation to
concerned teacher and approval of HOD concerned.

The registration form must be submitted on or before 4th January 2013 without late
fee and with late fee of Rs. 200/- till 13th January 2013. Thereafter no registration
will be allowed.
