Nini: Ladies and Gentlemen, it is a true pleasure for me to welcome you to the annual
GIC Orientation. I am very pleased to welcome you today as newly members of our
dental health team. We believe that in order to provide a quality health service, we
must communicate and work as a team. I won’t make this any longer so I would like
to introduce to you the founder of GIC, Dr. Gin to remind us the mission and vision of
this company.

Migs: Thank you for that, Dr. Jel.

First of all, I want to welcome all of you as newly hired dentists and other specialists in
the dental field in our GIC Dental Health Team.

Starting day one, it has always been my goal to make sure that my patients have the
best possible experience. We all know that people are scared to have dental
appointments, that’s why I made sure that I will build a company that understands the
pain of every client who wants to make a dental appointment.

Here in GIC, our vision is to provide our patients with a dental experience that will
promote a lifelong relationship built on trust, confidence, quality of work, and
exceptional patient care.

So in relation to that, today’s lecture will focus more on the management of different
patients that we could encounter. Here’s Doc Sia to start the lecture.
