Important: This Agreement is an end user licence agreement between you and Huawei

Device Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huawei") governing the use of HiSuite
(this "Software"). Clicking INSTALL indicates that you have read the content of
this Agreement carefully and accept all terms contained herein.

1. Scope of application
This Agreement only applies to HiSuite. The rights granted by this Agreement do not
apply to any other software.

2. Intellectual property rights


All intellectual property rights for this Software belong to Huawei and are
protected by the laws of the People's Republic of China, international copyright
treaties, and other applicable laws and treaties governing intellectual property
rights.

3. Scope of licence
3.1 This Software is provided free of charge. You may download, install and use
this Software on an unlimited number of devices for non-commercial purposes.
3.2 You may copy, send, and distribute this Software to an unlimited number of
devices for non-commercial purposes. However, you must ensure that all copies of
this Software, including all copies of this Software that are sent or distributed,
are complete and contain all information included with this Software, including
electronic documentation, copyright notices, trademarks, and this Agreement.

4. Restrictions of use
4.1 You may not reverse engineer, reverse compile, or decompile this Software. In
addition, you may not edit any of the resources contained in the software files.
4.2 You may not disassemble this Software or embed this Software in part or in
whole in other software systems.
4.3 You may not delete any copyright statements or notices contained in this
Software.
4.4 You may not use this Software to develop any derivative software or
applications.
4.5 You may not use any features in this Software to engage in any illegal
activities.
4.6 Huawei reserves all other rights not expressly granted to you in this
Agreement.

5. Disclaimer
5.1 This Software is provided "as is". Huawei makes no warranties regarding the
timeliness or accuracy of services provided by this Software.
5.2 You hereby acknowledge that services provided by this Software may not function
properly due to uncontrollable circumstances, computer viruses, hacker attacks,
system incompatibility, and other unspecified reasons. Huawei shall not be held
liable for any losses you may incur due to data errors or data loss that are not
the fault of Huawei.

6. Usage information
6.1 The features in this Software require HiSuite to be installed on your phone. To
perform the services you requested, this Software may require access to some phone
permissions during use, including permissions to make calls, send text messages,
and access your contacts.
6.2 This Software is only designed to be installed on phones running the official
Huawei operating system. Huawei makes no warranties regarding the quality of
services provided by this Software for users who install this Software on devices
that are not running the official Huawei operating system.
6.3 Huawei may provide updates for this Software from time to time. To ensure
continued provision of services, this version of this Software must match the
version of HiSuite installed on your phone.
6.4. HiSuite allows you to update your device firmware. To provide this service,
Huawei will collect some technical data from your phone including the IMEI. The
collection of this data is required to provide the appropriate firmware for your
specific device and will not be used for other purposes. If you are a consumer
based in the European Union, your data will be processed and stored in Europe and
is controlled by Huawei Deutschland Technologies. If you are a consumer based in
Mainland China, your data will be processed and stored in China. If you are a
consumer based in another country or region, your data will be processed and stored
in Singapore.

7. Termination
If you do not comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Huawei and/or
its licensors reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at any time. After this
Agreement is terminated, you must stop using this Software immediately and delete
all software and any related data that you installed or copied onto your computer.

8. Limited warranty
8.1 Apart from the warranties expressly given in this Agreement, Huawei makes no
other warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to the
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8.2 Huawei makes no warranties regarding the non-infringement of third-party
rights.

9. Limited liability
9.1 Huawei shall not be held liable and makes no warranties for software issued
caused by unforeseen circumstances, abuse, misuse, or unauthorized modification of
this Software.
9.2 Huawei shall not be held liable for any incidental, indirect, or punitive
damages arising out of the use of this Software, including but not limited to any
loss of business profits, interruption of business, loss of information or data.
Huawei shall not be held liable even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Version updates


10.1 Huawei reserves the right to decide whether to release version updates for
this Software in the future.
10.2 Unless a replacement licence agreement is issued, this Agreement shall still
apply to updated versions of this Software.
10.3 If this Software is marked as an updated version, you must comply with this
Agreement.

11. Written communications


All communications relating to this Agreement should be made in writing.

12. Miscellaneous
12.1 If you are a consumer based in the European Union, this agreement shall be
governed by the laws of Germany. Any dispute between you and Huawei regarding this
Agreement shall be submitted for litigation to a court with jurisdiction in
Germany. If you are a consumer based in another country or region, this agreement
shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute
regarding this Agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation. In the
event that the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation, the dispute will be
submitted to the Shenzhen Longgang District People's Court to be resolved through
litigation.
12.2 No oral agreements have been entered into.
12.3 In the event that any provision in this Agreement becomes invalid or
unenforceable for any reason, in whole or in part, or violates any applicable laws,
the said provision shall be considered severable. However, the validity and
enforceability of the other provisions herein shall be unaffected.
12.4 Huawei may update or modify this Agreement from time to time and send the
modified version to you through means permitted by law. If you do not accept
Huawei's modification of this Agreement, you should stop using this Software
immediately. If you continue to use this Software after receiving Huawei's update,
you indicate that you accept Huawei's modification of this Agreement.

13. Entire agreement


This Agreement and its appendixes constitute the entire agreement between the
parties relating to the subject matter herein and replace any previous express or
implied representations and/or agreements relating to the subject matter. This
Agreement contains all of Huawei's obligations relating to this Software.
