GPS CHEM-OIL’s Fujairah Pipeline Project

This project consists Pipelines Jetty to Tank Farm with 4 consumer terminals & Tank Farm Design
for Black Oil, Jet Oil & Fuel Oil.

Vijay Tanks & Vessels Ltd. is well known EPC contractor behalf of Vijay Tanks I was involved in
following projects.

DUMAD REFINERY – Baroda

This Turnkey projects consists of Existing Engineering in Process Plant & LPG Mounded bullets
design & Foundation.

Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of Plot Plan & Equipment Layout for mounded bullet.

2. Offsite piping Drawing from storage terminal to existing plant.
3. Preparation of GAD for Process equipments and drafting & detailing for Tanks & vessels.
 4. Preparation of roof structure drawing for tanks as per Toyo standards.

Jan 2005 to May 2007 Piping Draughtsman Libra Process Tech. Pvt. Ltd.

1. Preparation of Plot Plan & Equipment Layout as per NFPA standards.

2. Dyke wall calculations & inter distance between Tank to Tank, Tank to Dyke & other

1. Training of detail Piping Design, Plot Plan Design, Tank Farm Design.
2. Using EIL Standard and making fabrication Drawings for vessels & tanks.
3. Weight calculation of parts & development of dish end, cone etc.
4. Using Standard ASME, NFPA standards, OISD standards, API standards etc.
5. Detail knowledge of Piping Commodities like fittings, flanges, gaskets, different type of
valves, bellows, supports, flow elements, etc.
6. Site visited Amul Dairy,and Gandevika Sugar Factory and Gujarat Refinery,Vadodara.
