Job Summary

HIRING FIELD DATA COLLECTOR

Aerotek is currently looking for a field data collector to join our client in Victoria. This is a 3 month contract position that has potential to turn in to a long term role but not
guaranteed.

This person will be walking around site to site, using an iPad to take pictures of entry points for a large communications company, completing the preliminary audits. They will
identify if the entry point is aerial/underground, assessing the amount of entry points available. This is repetitive work, they will walk through the sites completing approx 150 units
per day, they will enter the data as they receive it, they will complete questions such as what type of building is this. Complete checklist, if they have additional questions they use a
program to communicate with engineers in the office. This company is engineering the path of construction for a large telecommunication company. These candidates will identify
the entry points before the fielder comes in to complete the measurements of the house. This position will develop to a position in the office for the right candidate who has
experience in design and has shown capabilities of picking up the systems.

MUST HAVES
Technologist, design or drafting degree
Ability to use technology (iPad, iPhone)
Ability to get to the site each day
Previous experience working outdoors
Experience working in a fast paced environment
Strong communication skills

Compensation: $18.27/hr

This position is a 3 month contract with the opportunity to go long term for the right person.

Benefits will start immediately once employment commences. No wait period for health and dental benefits.
