Pending work list for Al Hamra masjid as on 21st October – 2013

PROJECT: Proposed construction of a masjid – Masjid al Hushaih at Al Hamra .

External work:
 25 % of marble cladding work is balance (at North side – Minaret side).
 40% of marble cladding work is balance (at West side – Mehrab side).
 2 no. of Planter box to be done (west side)
 External block wall/ plaster & stone cladding to be done near the shop portion (revised design is
in progress due to the change in FFL level).
 Wooden pillars and the wooden pergolas to be done at first floor near the shops above.
 50% of the stone cladding is balance at south side – near Neighbor plot.
 All external steps to be done.
 All the external ramps to be done.
 The entire hand rail works to be done for the external steps and the ramps as well.
 All the sewage pipe lines to be done.
 All the external manholes to be done along with the sewage lines.
 Sewage lines to be connected to the Septic tank.
 100% external painting work is balance.
 All the external interlock paving to be done.
 All the external Kerb stones to be fixed for interlock paving.
 External plaster to be done for the main DOME to fix the mosaic.
 GRP work all around the main masjid DOME to be done by the sub-contractor as per the
drawing.
 Mosaic tile to be fixed for the main DOME (material will be delivered to the site soon).
 100% plaster to be done for the inside parapet - main masjid roof top.
 100% water proofing to be done for the roof slab.
 All the rain water down take work to be done.
 Minaret to be raised for another 10m height (work in progress).
 Two no’s of pinnacle to be fixed on the top of main dome and the minaret dome as well
(material is at the site).
 100% GRC works to be done as per the elevation details.
Internal work:
 Main Prayer hall (G. Floor)
 All the aluminum windows to be done.
 All the wooden doors to be done.
 4 NOS of Niches to be made for the book shelf on the block wall as per the ID drawing (All the
niches are marked at the site yesterday during the site visit in the block wall for further
demolishing).
 2 NOS of niches to be made at the south side (site instruction has given to the contractor for the
same as well).
 Concrete screed to be done for the carpet at main prayer hall.
 Small plaster patch works to be done at the main prayer hall.
 100% Marble cladding to be done at the height of 1.20m for the wall.
 Tinted coloured glasses to be fixed for the main masjid dome.
 Electrical chasing works to be filled with concrete and finished by the plaster.
 Secondary prayer hall and Ladies prayer hall (G. Floor)
 All the aluminum windows to be done.
 All the wooden doors to be fixed.
 Plumbing, plaster and wall tiles work to be done for the toilet near the ladies prayer hall.
 The partition Block wall to be raised up to the roof slab in the toilet portion.
 A hole to be made for the exhaust fan at the external wall for Toilet near ladies prayer hall.
 100% floor finish to be done.
 100% Marble cladding to be done at the height of 1.20m for the wall.
 Wall marble cladding to be done for 2no of staircases.
 Hand rails to be fixed for 2no of staircases.
 WADHU & TOILET:
 25% plumbing works to be done.
 100% floor tiles to be done.
 100% wall tiles to be done.
 All the aluminum ventilators to be fixed.
 All the aluminum Doors to be fixed.
 All the water closets to be fixed.
 All the sanitary fixers to be fixed.
 All the seating arrangements to be done for the ablution as per the drawing.
 FIRST FLOOR:
 Plastering to be done for bath-2 and dressing room.
 Plastering to be done for open to sky portion.
 All the floor finishing work to be done.
 100% wall tile work is balance in all wet areas.
 Roof slab to be casted at the minaret to make a room at first floor.
 Steel ladder work to be done for the minaret starts from first floor to till the top of minaret.
 Tinted coloured glasses to be fixed for the recess at void portion (HALL).
 ROOF TOP:
 30% of plastering work is balance in the inside parapet wall.
 100% water proofing to be done for the roof slab.
 External plaster to be done for the main DOME to fix the mosaic.
 GRP work all around the main masjid DOME to be done by the sub-contractor as per the
drawing.
 Mosaic tile to be fixed for the main DOME (material will be delivered to the site soon).
 100% plaster to be done for the inside parapet - main masjid roof top.
 All the rain water down take work to be done.
 Up stand foundation to be made for the proposed water tank.
 Steel ladder to be fabricated to access the main.
 External plaster to be done for the void portion.
 External plaster to be done for the head room.
 External plaster to be done for the up stand R.C.C beam at main prayer hall.
MEP WORKS.

PLUMBING

GROUND FLOOR

 All drainage piping is pending.

 Manholes are pending.
 Water connections in wudhu are improperly placed. Contractor to rectify.
 Water and drainage piping at the ceiling level is pending.
 All external piping is pending.
 Manhole construction is pending.
 Drain connection for new FCU is pending.

FIRST FLOOR

 All Drainage piping is pending.

 Split unit drain is pending.
 Water connection to WC and Taps are pending.

ROOF

 Water foundation pending.

 Pump foundation pending.
 Roof Roof piping pending.

ELECTRICAL

 Socket provision for new FCU in toilet and Passage to be made as adviced
 Cable routing for package units with new meter location has been advised. Contractor to follow.
 Unneccessary chipping in the wall for the package units to be stopped.
 Electrical connection for Roof pumps and package units is pending.
 Contractor has not executed any lightning protection job before. Hence a specilist contractor is
required to finish execute this job.

AIR CONDITIONING

 Yet to be started.
