CHAYOTE PINEAPPLE SALAD

1 medium Chayote (cut in thin strips)


1 cup Pineapple Tidbits
1 medium Carrots (shredded)
8 pcs. Calamansi
Salt to taste

Combine all ingredients & serve cool

MONGGO SPROUT SALAD

½ kgs Monggo sprout


1 cup Pineapple Tidbits
1 cup sweet potato (cooked – cut in small cubes)
10 pcs. Calamansi
5 pcs. Tomatoes (cut in cubes)
Salt to taste

Combine all ingredients & serve

GRILLED EGGPLANT WITH COCOMILK

3 kgs. Long Eggplant (grilled & cut in 3”)


8 pcs. Tomatoes
1 whole buko meat (cut in length wise)
½ cup Kakang Gata
5 pcs. Calamansi
½ cup Pineapple (cut in small cubes)
Salt to Taste

Combine all ingredients & serve

MIX VEGGIE SALAD

2 pcs. Carrots (steamed – cut in quarter slice)


2 pcs. Chayote (steamed – cut in quarter slice)
2 pcs. Radish (steamed – cut in quarter slice)
2 pcs. Cucumber (cut in quarter slice)
8 pcs. Calamansi
1 cup Pineapple Tidbits
¼ kg Baguio Beans (steamed)
Salt to Taste

SQUASH SALAD

3 cups finely stripped Squash


1 cup grated Carrots
1 cup sliced Tomatoes
¼ cup Kakang Gata
10 pcs. Calamansi
Salt & Sugar (Mascuvado) to Taste

Combine all ingredients & serve

COLESLAW DE PINIPIG

1 medium Cabbage (Thinly sliced)


2 pcs. Carrots (Thinly sliced)
1 cup Pinipig
1 cup Pineapple (Thinly sliced)
½ cup Kakang Gata
8 pcs. Calamansi
1 Tbsp. Mascuvado
½ Tbsp. Salt

Dressing: Soak Pinipig in Kakang Gata add Sugar, Salt & Calamansi then set aside.
Combine all other remaining ingredients then spread the dressing evenly on top.

TENDER UBOD NG NIYOG SALAD

1 cup tender Ubod ng Niyog


8 pcs.Tomatoes
1 stalk Celery (finely chopped)
10 pcs. Calamansi
1 Tbsp. Mascuvado
½ Tbsp. Salt

Combine all ingredients & serve

YOUNG CORN SALAD

½ kg Young Corn (sliced thinly)


2 pcs. Medium Carrots (sliced thinly)
8 pcs. Tomatoes
8 pcs. Calamansi
1 stalk Celery (finely chopped)
1 cup Pineapple (finely chopped)
Salt to Taste

¼ cup SNULI Soya
2 Tbsp. Water
Salt to Taste

Combine all ingredients & serve

VEGAN SALAD ROYALE

1 pc. Sugar Beets (Thinly slice)


2 medium Carrots (shredded)
2 medium Cucumber
1 cup Corn Kernels (steamed)
1 cup Scraped Buko Meat
8 pcs. Tomatoes
1 Large Iceberg Lettuce

Dressing: 3 Tbsp. Honey /Mascuvado


3 Tbsp Olive Oil
8 pcs. Calamansi
Salt to taste

Arrange all ingredients in a platter then spread the dressing evenly on top.
Serve Cool.

CUCUMBER RADISH SALAD

2 pcs. Cucumber
2 pcs. Radish (sliced thinly & extract juice in salt)
8 pcs. Calamansi
1 Tbsp.Mascuvado
1 Medium Iceberg Lettuce
Salt to Taste

Combine all ingredients & serve

CAMOTE TOPS SALAD

3 cups finely chopped Camote tops (uncooked) washed thoroughly


1 cup Pineapple (sliced thinly)
2 cups Tomatoes (cubes)

Salt to taste
