Affidavit of No Complaint

I, CLAIRE PRADO TAYCO, of legal age, single, Filipino, resident of

__________________________________________________, and the lawful representative of
NOVTAK 2 PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, INC., a corporation registered and existing under
Philippine laws and with business address at Brgy. Balabag, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan and
hereinafter referred to as the “Corporation,” after having been duly sworn in accordance with
law, hereby depose and state that:

1. The Corporation operates Letonezima Beach House, also known as Nezima Beach
House, built on Lot No. 8284, Cad 704-D, Malay Cadastre.

2. No complaint or objection was made or registered against the construction of said beach
house.

3. No complaint or objection was likewise made or registered when said beach house
commenced its operation after completion of construction on April 7, 2015.

4. The Corporation acknowledges the invaluable contribution of the beach house in the
economic growth of the locality.

5. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and as compliance
with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
