ELIGIBILITY: Appointed teacher currently serving at P721Q
SELECTION CRITERIA:
1. Satisfactory record of attendance and punctuality.
2. Familiarity and experience with one or more of the following:
a. Knowledge of new D75 IEP PLOP Rubric
b. SESIS
c. Attainment Curriculum
d. 721Q Curriculum
3. Experience engaging in collaborative planning
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Strong organizational skills
6. Strong interpersonal skills
7. Experience serving in teacher leader roles preferred
8. Commitment to attending all planning sessions
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work under the direct supervision of the principal and assistant principal and/or
IEP Coordinator
2. Provide support to teachers during the IEP writing process
3. Provide adequate feedback in all areas of the IEP, with special attention to
PLOP, Goals and Transition

4. Provide professional development/PLN Meetings in the following topics
a. using the IEP to plan and meet the needs of students.
b. differentiated instruction
c. using assessment to drive instruction and target intervention
5. Provide support to new teachers in the navigation of SESIS
SALARY: Hourly rate as per Collective Bargaining Agreement
WORK SCHEDULE: Days of the Week: TBD
3:00pm – 5:00pm

Service exceeding the number of hours specified in Chancellor’s Regulation C175 governing per session activities requires prior
approval. The appropriate Per Session Supervisor must make the request in writing (Form OP 175W) and receive written approval
before the person can begin working in the activity.
Failure to obtain a valid waiver may result in the withholding of payment for
hours worked beyond the maximum.
