3.1. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

Check in - after 15:00. Check out - 12:00 noon.
Early check before 15:00 is subject to 100% of the room rate. Late check out 12:00 - 18:00 is subject to 50% of the room rate. Late check
out after 18:00 is subject to 100% of the room rate.

4. TERMS OF CANCELLATION
Cancellation policy: cancellation of accommodation can be made without penalties no later than 12 February 2006.
Cancellation of accommodation made 13-20 February 2006 is subject to cancellation fee equal to 100 of the room rate for the first night.
Cancellation of accommodation made after 20 February or no-show is subject to cancellation fee equal to 100 of accommodation for the
whole period of stay.

5.TERMS AND METHODS OF PAYMENT

100% Prepayment for the whole period of stay is required at the moment of booking
Payment can be made by Bank transfer in USD or by Credit Card in Russian roubles at the following exchange rate:
