On March 10, 2019 at 10:00AM ET I sent the following inquiry to the attention of Vox

Media’s Chief Communications Officer Meredith Webster via Vox’s online contact form

To whom it may concern:

Per this 3/5/19 inquiry I sent to Vox's Editor-In-Chief Lauren Williams, for over a month I've
been trying to arrange a published correction to a simple factual error in a 2/3/19 article by
staff reporter Kaitlyn Tiffany http://tinyurl.com/y4pqre4d

Due to lack of responses to my polite inquiries to Ms. Tiffany and Vox managing editor Ben
Pauker, I brought the matter to Ms. Williams who has not responded.

Along the way I discovered the difficulty of contacting Vox's public information/media
relations office. For example, most press releases typically include contact information for a
company representative. I noticed that Vox's press releases do not include a contact name,
e-mail address, or phone number, thereby making it more difficult to obtain more information
about the information in the press release. In my opinion, that creates a sort of a one-way
mirror limiting communication with your company.

Further, and please correct me if I'm wrong, this contact form appears to be your company's
only means for anyone to communicate with your company.

That situation combined with the apparent inability or unwillingness of Vox editorial to
correct factual errors is interesting and newsworthy, hence this outreach.

If Ms. Webster or any other Vox staffers are available to answer questions, please contact
before end of the day this Tuesday, March 12. If I don't hear from anyone, I'll have to run with
"failed to respond to multiple inquiries."

Thanks for your time/attention and I hope to hear from someone before then.

Cheers, Peter
