Vis-Vis the legislation & Judicial decisions. No doubt it is a welcome move for the members of the M.P. Judiciary under the guidance of the M.P. High Court. Now a days a women expects herself & rightly, so to be treated as an individual, a living human being entitled to the same dignity & status as her male counter parts. If we see our Indian Constitution there are so many provisions for the empowerment of the women, such as our fundamental rights denotes - (1) Right to life, Article- 21 (2) Right to equality, Article-40 (3) Freedom of speech & expression, Article-19 (4) Right to liberty & Security of the person & (5) Right to equal protection under the law. There are another provisions also have in the Constitution that is directive principle of state policy (Article-39) men & women equally have the right to an adequate means of livelihood and equal pay for equal work for both men & women. The every citizen of India have duty under article- 51(a) that is known as fundamental duties. To promote harmony & the spirit of common brotherhood amongst all the people of India transcending religious, linguistic & regional or sectional diversities to renounce practices derogatory to the dignity of women. No doubt the empowerment of the women there are so many landmark decision delivered by Indian Judiciary, bear testimony to the fact that judges can not be accused of gender injustice and it can be said the purpose of this training is not to teach any one but is to share of experiences of views & the learn & device by our experience.
