INFORMATION

The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor hereby accuses LORENZO

MATIBAG of the crime of Theft, committed as follows:
That on or about February 10, 2017 in Pasay City, Philippines, within the
jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the said accused, with intent to gain, did
then and there willfully, unlawfully, and feloniously take, steal and carry away a
Lenovo smartphone with serial number HB04VUAW (36), belonging to Denn
Reed Mae Magbanua, without the latter's consent and against her will, valued at
Twenty-Five Thousand Philippine Pesos (Php 25, 000.00) to the damage and
prejudice of said owner in the in the aforesaid amount.
Contrary to law.
