AFFIDAVIT OF EMPLOYMENT

I, CYNTHIA TERRE OJALDON, of legal age, Filipino, married to Christian Paul F.

Ojaldon with address at Tronco St. Brgy. 6 Poblacion, Tigbauan, Iloilo after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the spouse and authorized representative of Christian Paul F. Ojaldon;

2. That I have personal knowledge that he has been employed in the Philippines as an
Architect;

3. That Christian Paul F. Ojaldon has been employed by Homeless People’s

Federation Philippines, Inc. and Philippine Action for Community-led
Shelter Initiatives, Inc. from May 2010 to June 2012 and Gelmont
Associates from June 2012 to June 2018 as an Architect both located in Iloilo,
Philippines;

4. Specifically, he was employed by Homeless People’s Federation Philippines,

Inc. and Philippine Action for Community-led Shelter Initiatives, Inc. as
Community Architect for the Housing and Resettlement Project and was assigned the
following tasks:
a) Facilitation of the housing design process of the housing beneficiaries;
b) Supervision of the housing material procurement and construction; and
c) Quality Control Specialist of the production of the Interlocking Compressed
Earth Blocks (ICEB)

5. Christian Paul F. Ojaldon also worked with Gelmont Associates as Project

Supervisor with following specific tasks:
a) Participate in Project Planning Process;
b) Facilitate the purchase and delivery of resources;
c) Coordinate all labor needs for a given project; and
d) Create and deliver project instructions to all team members.

6. To attest to the truthfulness of my statement, attached herein are the notarized

original certificate of employment issued by Homeless People’s Federation
Philippines, Inc. and Philippine Action for Community-led Shelter
Initiatives, Inc. marked as Annex “A” and Gelmont Associates marked as
Annex “B”;

7. That this affidavit is being executed to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing facts
and in connection with my husband’s work application abroad.
