1 Introduction
This document describes the AMR WB Speech and HSPA PS Interactive RAB Combination
feature and its main benefits and impacts in the WCDMA RAN.

This feature introduces a Radio Access Bearer (RAB) combination, UeRc Id 126, which
contains:
 Conversational Circuit Switched (CS) speech Adaptive Multi Rate (AMR)
Wideband (WB) (12.65, 8.85, 6.60/12.65, 8.85, 6.60)
 Interactive Packet Switched (PS) (Enhanced Uplink (EUL)/High Speed (HS))
 Signalling Radio Bearer (SRB) (3.4/3.4)

This RAB combination supports the following capabilities: Enhanced Layer 2 (EL2), 2ms
Transmission Time Interval (TTI), 64 QAM, Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO), and
64QAM + MIMO.

1.1 Basic Characteristics

This section describes the basic characteristics of the feature.
