CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT
MR. LEE, WOON KYO

We are pleased to inform you that your employment as :

GENERAL MANAGER
DAWOO HOTEL & LEISURE INC.
Sitio Dacuman, Brgy. Ipil, Surigao City

Is subject to the following conditions:

1. That you shall comply with all the applicable laws, rules and regulations of the Republic of the
Philippines.

2. During the continuance of your employment, you shall devote the whole of your time, attention and
abilities to the business of the company.

3. That you shall not engage in any gainful employment other that for which you are issued a DOLE
employment permit.

4. The company reserves right to transfer you from one of its operation which company will arrange at
its expense.

5. Your monthly salary shall be Php80,000.00

As General Manager, your term of office shall be Three (3) year (upon approval of your work permit and
working visa). You are expected to extend your expertise, long years of trading of goods to meet the higher
standard and good quality, and make the company become more competitive compare to other.

RENEWAL OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

KNOWN ALL MEN THESE PRESENT:

That DAWOO HOTEL & LEISURE, INC., hereby renew and engage the service LEE, WOON KYO as
General Manager of the corporation.

That he is willing to work in his capacity for DAWOO HOTEL & LEISURE, INC.

NOW, THEREAFTER, DAWOO HOTEL & LEISURE, INC., and LEE, WOON KYO, hereby enter into the
following agreement:

1. That DAWOO HOTEL & LEISURE, INC., shall renew / engage the service of LEE, WOON KYO, who
shall be GENERAL MANAGER with basic salary EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (80,000.00), per month,
this salary however, shall be subject to withholding tax and other application charges imposed by
the government of the Philippines;

2. That LEE, WOON KYO shall continue the employ of DAWOO HOTEL & LEISURE, INC., effective
DECEMBER 15, 2018 to DECEMBER 15, 2021 and upon the approval of Department of labor and
employment as long as his and the company mutually agree, unless sooner terminated or
separated for just cause under the laws of the Philippines;

3. That DAWOO HOTEL & LEISURE, INC., shall likewise comply with all laws, rules and regulation
applicable to him.
