Norshahrizal bin Nordin

(Managing Director)

Born in July 1977, possesses Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Pure) from

MARA University of Technology Shah Alam. He started his career as Technical
Executives in Automotive industries and gained a lot of exposure in new
technologies especially in engineering and IT.

His passion in product design and development has driven him to new
challenges where the company he incorporated, has become among the first
bumiputera companies to attain MSC Malaysia Status in innovation of systems
and software developments. His enthusiasm in solving problems, reducing
cost via valued engineering and simplifying processes have led to the
formation of N&A, with the focus and intention of ensuring that the company
matters are compliant to the government regulation in the most cost effective
manners, through information technological approach.

With his experience in management, product development and passion in

research and development field, he is considered as the business and product
innovator for the company. He compliments N & Associates Sdn Bhd with his
broad management experience. He has even developed a few systems that
are currently being used by N&A to simplify the payroll, accounting and tax
works and calculation.
 HARIENA EMIZA HUSSAIN

(Chief Operating Officer)

Born in December 1979, she graduated from UiTM Shah Alam in 2001,
majoring in Mass Communication. Always passionate in helping people, with
the willingness to stretch her working hours, she has always been considered
as the asset of the team, everywhere she goes.

She spent a bit more than a year as part of the legal team for a subsidiary of
UEM, Teras Teknologi Sdn Bhd. Managing paperwork, checking on the
compliant matters and dealing with the authorities were among the tasks that
has been delivered successfully.

She continued her career path at Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation Sdn
Bhd, MDeC (formally known as Multimedia Development Corporation Sdn Bhd)
in Cyberjaya as a Facilitation Officer for eXpats Service Centre. Being there
for 9 years, she has extensive experience reviewing, evaluating,
recommending and approving Employment Pass applications, as well as
Resident Pass – Talent applications. The work nature has given her the
opportunity to make friends with a lot of authority officers, not just in
immigration, but also in Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs
and the Royal Police Department.

She was awarded as the staff of the year in 2008, 2010 and 2011. In 2012,
she received special recognition from the head of eXpats Service Centre for
being the top performer for 3 years in the row. Her great performance was
well known among the MDeC people, immigration offices as well as the clients.
In 2013, she was invited to join Ernst & Young as Immigration Manager.
Working there for 2 1/2 years, she managed big immigration accounts for
prominent clients like Petronas, IKEA, GSK (GlaxoSmithKline), Aker Solution,
and a lot others. She handled the clients very well until they refused to deal
with other immigration managers in EY. However, she had to leave as she has
the urge to open her own company due to request from clients. Now she is
here, the Founder and COO of N & Associates Sdn Bhd.

Till date, the number of clients keeps increasing as she gets good feedback
and recommendations from all the clients she serves.

2015, is a private limited company mainly as a business consultant.
Specializing in management consultancy services, we provide high quality

corporations, partnerships and individual who are engaged in professional
activities. Apart from that, N&A also specializes in corporate events, dinner

IMMIGRATION CONSULTANT

N&A provides consultation for employer, as well as their foreign expats and
workers prior to the filing of the relevant work authorization application. Each
case is treated differently, in accordance to the needs of the employer,
timeline of the employer, expats and workers, as well as preparation before
leaving the home country.

Our service also covers other related services that are needed to complete the
work authorization process, which includes the translation services, liaising
with the other government agencies e.g MOHA, MOFA, IRB and FOMEMA.
COMPANY SECRETARIAL

We provide full range of company secretarial services to our clients who need
assistance to comply with the requirements of the Malaysia Companies Act,
2016.

All companies established in Malaysia are required to have at least one

Company Secretary and that company secretary must be a natural person and
a resident in Malaysia, also a member of any one of the prescribed professional
bodies or licensed by the SSM.

Business Licenses are permit issued by government agencies that allow

individual or companies to conduct business within the government’s
geographical jurisdiction. It is an authorization to start a business issued by
the local government. N&A helps to make sure that all requirements are met
and reports due to the authority are updated on regular basis.
ACCOUNT and AUDIT

N&A provides account and audit services which cover the book, account and

perspective, as well as making them stay legal and compliant to the law.

PAYROLL ACCOUNTING

N&A manages

• Calculations for gross salaries, bonuses and commissions earned by its

employees
• Withholding of payroll taxes such as income taxes, Employees Provident
Fund (EPF), SOCSO, insurance and other related matters
• Deduction of payroll for the management of work permit renewal
• Monthly report on all of the above, which can straight away be included
in the company’s annual Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss report (for Audit
purposes)
