Instructions and Guidelines for the summer 2018 (June 2018) Batch admitted for PhD
Programme

1. With regards to Ph.D Course work (REGRB01-Research Methodology), please make it

convenient to attend Research Methodology course work classes from 22.10.2018 to
29.10.2018 [8 days].
2. The classes will be conducted at Vel Tech Campus.
3. This is mandatory to maintain Minimum 75% of attendance is eligible to appear for the course
work examination.

6. Examination fee Rs.1250.00 per Course. Pay the exam fee using the following link

7. Submit the following to the Office of Dean Research Studies on or before 25.10.2018.

b. Staple the Passport Size photo and write your name and dept in the back side.
c. The copy of Online Payment Fee Receipt. (if applicable)
d. The copy of exam fee receipts those who paid already during admission.
All the above said document has to reach The Dean Research Studies, 400 Feet Outer
Ring Road, Avadi, Chennai - 600 062, Tamil Nadu, India on or before 25.10.2018.

Instructions and Guidelines for the Batch admitted earlier than June 2018 Batch for PhD
Programme.

1. Those who have not attended/cleared the Research Methodology course work please make use
of this opportunity and make you eligible for taking up the course work exam.[ For more
details refer Annexure I]

2. This is mandatory to maintain minimum 75% of attendance is eligible to appear for the course
work examination.
