Respected Sir,

I have completed all the documentations for the visa-application (Radiological Report, Medical
Certificate, Yellow Fever Vaccination and Maintaining Minimum Balance in my account), except the
police clearance certificate (PCC). I got the PCC slot at the passport office (PSK, Patna) on 27th of
February, 2019. They put my application on hold because; the address in my passport and my current
address are different. So, I need to update the address in my passport to get police clearance certificate.
The next slot for the police clearance at PSK (Passport Seva Kendra), Patna (the place where, I am
residing) is 2nd April, 2019. I tried to do this from PSK Ranchi also, but they didn’t accept my application.
So, I want to inform you that there will be delay in the visa-application and there will be delay in my
arrival. I am hereby attaching the concerned documents for this purpose. It is my kind request to you to
please consider the reason for delay in the process. Here, I am also attaching the documents which, I
made ready for visa application.
