1. Pupils read the title of the story and name objects shown on LCD..

4. Pupils recite the order of the story using the picture shown earlier.

By the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to:-


OBJECTIVE 1. Form letters and words in neat legible print including cursive writing.

1. Warm up (5 min):
-Recall the story Little Red Riding Hood.
-Ask questions on the storyline from the previous lesson.
2. Pre-writing activities:
2.1 Power point presentation on the story on page 4 TB (with pictures).
2.2 Teacher asks pupils to list out few words (related to pictures).
2.3 Verbally pupils say out sentences based on pictures given with
guidance.
2.4 Teacher asks volunteers to write the sentences given.
2.5 Pupils read out the sentences.
3. While-writing activities:
3.1 Teacher shows 4 pictures of the story and this time with some guided

3.2 Teacher then divides pupils in 4 groups.
3.3 Assign each group with a picture of the story.
3.4 In group, pupils will do dialogues according to the given picture.
3.5 Teacher monitors groups’ progress and give guidance where
necessary.

4.1 Representative from each group will step forward and to do role
playing.
4.2 Pupils will use the dialogue for the activity.
5. Summing up:
5.1 Teacher re-caps the whole lesson and talk about values.

2.3 Teacher will point out that the text has singular and plural nouns.
Activity 1:
3.1 Teacher ask pupils to list down the both nouns.
