Customer:
1. ENGINEERING WORK
HJS Helicopters Ltd. will carry out all maintenance and repair work in accordance with aircraft manufactures maintenance
requirements and any additional measures required by the CAA to enable the aircraft to be operated on the HJS Helicopters Limited
Air Operators Certificate forming part of the referenced contract, as required, and according to the following tariff:
Robinson R44 25 Hour Oil Change & filter inspections Fixed £130.00
Robinson R44 50 hour Inspection / 6 month Inspection Fixed £190.00
Robinson R44 100 hour Inspection (including 50 hour) Fixed £1,200.00
Robinson R44 Annual Inspection (including 100 hour) Fixed £1,615.00
Robinson R44 Avionics/Radio Annual Inspection Fixed £300.00
Robinson R44 Compass Swing (including pilot & fuel) Fixed £250.00
Robinson R44 300 hour Valve Guide Inspection Fixed £400.00
Robinson R44 500 MGB & TGB oil change Fixed £200.00
Robinson R44 500 hour Magneto Inspection (remove/refit/timing) Fixed £230.00
Robinson R44 500 hour Magneto Inspection (third party inspection) At cost
Robinson R44 12 year / 2200 hour Overhaul (1st rebuild) Fixed £30,000.00

The above costs are based on maintenance carried out iaw MP/R44/1012/GB2222, current mandatory AD/SB/SL requirements, & all
work being carried out at HJS Helicopters Ltd Peterculter Base.
Defect rectification and additional service information will be invoiced at the costs stated.
Work performed at other locations will be subject to additional charges as indicated below:
Travel per mile: £0.50 Travel per hour: £35.00 Other: Actual Cost Incurred
HJS Helicopters Ltd. will seek additional authorisation to proceed with work under the following exception conditions:

2. AIRCRAFT PARTS
HJS Helicopters Ltd. will carry an adequate stock of small parts and consumables to fulfill routine inspection requirements. Where
high-value parts are required for scheduled component replacement, for the carrying out of repairs, or for any other purpose these will
be ordered especially and be immediately charged to the customer's account. Anything exceeding £500.00 in value will be referred to
the customer for instructions and where appropriate payment on account will be required. Legal title to all goods remains with HJS
Helicopters Ltd until such time as the invoice is settled.
All parts procured by HJS Helicopters Ltd for and on behalf of the customer will be subject to a handling charge dependent on their
value:
Less than £1 - £1, £1.01 to £5 - 30%, £5.01 to £50 - 20%, £50.01 to £100 - 15%, £100.01 to £500 - 12%,
£500.01 to £1500 - 10%, £1500.01 to £5000 - 5%, over £5000.01 - 3%
3. MAINTENANCE FORECASTING
HJS Helicopters Ltd. will provide to customer regularly, and/or on demand, a 12 month forecast of routine maintenance and
component replacement requirements for the aircraft covered by the contract, including budgetary estimates.
HJS Helicopters will procure parts on behalf of the customer as demanded by the maintenance forecast unless otherwise instructed
by the customer.
4. CONTRACT CHARGES
Annual Fee (Maintenance Administration incl ARC): Initial set up £1000, then £500/year

The prices are reviewed at six monthly intervals - changes notified to customer.
Maintenance may be carried out on remote site up to (but not including) Annual (Subject to CAA Approval)
Credit card transactions will be subject to a 2% surcharge.
