With reference to the above subject, there was an outstanding of Rs. 9,46,405.44 and
was to be paid on Monday. But due to server nonavailability in our bank namely Vijaya
Bank at pan India level, we could not execute the RTGS in favour of M/S Indianoil
Corporation Ltd. There was sufficient balance in our accounts. We are hereby enclosing
the bank statements along with the bank letter and their mail copy for your ready
reference.
Therefore we request you to kindly restore the EDOD facility and waive offf any
penalty for which we are not responsible in this case as it was beyond our reach.
