ACTIVITIES Students to recall prior knowledge of the new vocabulary they have
PRE-LESSON learnt in Lessons 1 and 2. Their ideas then are collected and share with
(Pre- L.I.A) who class.
LESSON DEVELOPMENT
1. Students complete exercise in Section A using collocations and
Gist task
expressions given in the instruction.
(While L.I.A)
2. Using phrases in Section A, students choose appropriate
vocabularies for the collocations and expressions for the gaps
LESSON DEVELOPMENT in Section B.
Detailed task 3. Then, students fill the answers in Section C by using the correct
(While L.I.A) forms of verbs in Section A. (Traffic lights)
4. Students do peer assessment and discuss their answers (Wait
time)
Students review their learning by telling 3 things:
POST LESSON - What you have learnt today
(Post L.I.A) - What you have done well
- What your partner has done well, in a pyramid.
