When writing the process, you should always use verbs without subjects.

Example:
To open an account in the bank, you should follow four important steps.

First, update your id and general personal information


Second, visit the bank of your choice and have an appointment with bank services.
Third, bring in the minimum amount to open the account.
Fourth, deposit the money on the account, and you will be ready.

So on: expresses ideas that are additional but not disclosed in your writing piece.

Let me share with you the process that we follow to prepare the WHT Tax return:

1) download the transactions of the 222400 account from ERP


2) analyze the transactions:
a) invoices from international suppliers
b) accruals OF invoices that HW has pending to book in AP
c) payment of the last WHT tax return
3) prepare the calculation of each rate:
a) software rate 15% (it will change from 15% to 25% on July 1st)
b) royalty rate 25%
4) suggest the approval of the CFO
5) suggest the payment on the system
6) follow up the flow approvals
7) prepare the WHT tax return on the tax authority system (Form 103)
8) wait to the management check from City
9) prepare the Form 110 for paying to the tax authority and printing it
10) go to the bank, present the Form 110 and pay the WHT tax on Feb 15th
11) send the support of the WHT Tax Return and the payment to AP with the approval
from the CFO for checking the correct steps in the process
12) attend doubts of the GL Tax Account
