WAIVER OF RIGHTS

We, LETICIA V. PULIDO., of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a

resident of Global Village, Quezon, San Isidro,Isabela and REYNALDO V.
VICENTE, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a resident of Purok 1,
Rosario, Santiago City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
depose and state;

That we are one of the four surviving heirs of our parents, TEOFILO
VICENTE(deceased) and LAURETA VICENTE;

That during the existence of their marriage, they acquired a parcel of land,
situated in Purok 1, Rosario Santiago City declared under the name of TEOFILO
VICENTE evidenced by TD no. 175-0010-01217 with Property Identification No.
175-0010-016-10.

That the aforesaid parcel of land having a total area of One Hundred Forty
Six (146.00 sq.m) square meters was equally divided by the heirs( four siblings)
evidenced by their consented verbal agreement between them;

That I, LETICIA V. PULIDO, got a share of 36.5 square meters and I,

REYNALDO V. VICENTE got a share of 36.5 square meters;

That for reasons of gratuity and generosity,I, LETICIA V. PULIDO

hereby waive all my rights and interest to our respective shares on the aforesaid
parcel of land in favor of REYNALDO V. VICENTE;

That we execute this waiver, freely and voluntarily to attest to the

foregoing facts and statements and for whatever legal purpose it may serve;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have herewith affixed our signatures this
